Aviastra Flight is a Flight Charter Charter Company that offers a complete international air charter service from a customer’s first enquiry to their final destination. Aviastra can provide any licensed jet, air taxi or helicopter for any journey and with over a decade's experience, they have the ability to ensure flights run smoothly.

Project Description

User experience of this site is one of the key requirements. A user would need to be guided through the site in a manner that would encourage the user to make contact with Aviastra. Aviastra needed to capture as much information as possible from the user to enable them to meet the requirements of a potential customer.

As this is not an e-commerce site where flights can be booked, the user needs as much information to hand as possible so they can make an informed decision to contact Aviastra. Interactivity would need to play a key role on this site as competition is fierce and attention from a user can be easily lost.

Solution

A website that utilises our StrawberrySystem CMS (Content Management System) was needed that allowed Aviastra to keep all data up to date. A custom made layout facility which would allow Aviastra to choose from a 1, 2 or 3 column layout . This is controlled via an ‘on, off switch’ in the CMS.

To meet the needs of user interactivity we have created an airport guide which again can be edited using the CMS. This allows the user to search for any particular location, find a suitable airport and view more details such as information on the airport itself, look at the location on a dynamic map and read up on recommendations for Hotels, restaurants and transport.

Throughout the site there is a flight enquiry form and a call back request form which all plays a part in directing the user to make contact with Aviastra.

Result

In terms of appearance this site has has been created with a no fuss approach and attention to how a user will navigate has been considered in great detail.

With the latest version of StrawberrySystem, Aviastra have been given even more power to edit content within the site and even change the layout. Coupled with the custom built Airport guide this website is very powerful and easy to use.
