Business Description

Brownes Barbados is an oasis of amazingly affordable, luxury boutique apartments specifically designed for investors and residents alike in Barbados.

It is ideally located in a very convenient position on the beautiful South coast – just a short drive from Grantley Adams International Airport and Bridgetown – the island's capital.

Project Description

We were asked by the developers of Brownes Barbados to create a stylish and “boutique” website for these new apartments in Barbados. The site needed to be simple, easy to use and contain a range of important information such as floor plans, prices, ROI data and imagery of the apartments.

Solution

We created a brochure website using fully valid XHTML and CSS. The floor plans were created in such a way that users can click on the plot that they are interested in to find out more. Imagery is positioned around the site, allowing users to click on the photos for enlargement.

We chose to add an articles section for two reasons. Firstly, it gives users that have not been to Barbados an insight into the culture and island. Secondly it will help the website get higher on the search engines as they contain lots of keyword related content.

Result

The Brownes Barbados development is still not finished, however they are selling well. Potential investors are directed to the website as a first port of call so they can see financial information and understand what the development is all about.

They have already sold all of the penthouse apartments and a number of other plots throughout the property.
