Chic Beauty Salon is a beauty salon based in Bournemouth that offers high quality beauty treatments and massages from their beautifully furnished salon.

They stock a range of beauty products including Dermalogica skincare products and for this reason approached us to see if we could help them online.

Project Description

We were contacted by Chic Beauty Salon to help them sell Dermalogica beauty products online. They currently had a website, however the design was lacking and the site was poorly coded - it also had no e-commerce functionality at all.

Solution

We designed and built a bespoke e-commerce website. Their new website enables them to take orders online, accept payments via PROTX and update their products in-house.

Their website has been fully search engine optimised and works on a categorisation method ensuring that users can find what they are looking for quickly and easily.

Result

Their new website has been an overwhelming success, with Chic making a return on their investment in the first 6 months.

They still have people locally buying their Dermalogica products, however they have also sold products to Japan, the US and Canada - all due to their search engine rankings!
