Chichester Park hotel is a newly managed hotel located in Chichester. The hotel has 77 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, satellite TV and a range of other facilities.

Project Description

Chichester Park Hotel wanted to get their existing website revamped and were keen on obtaining high search engine rankings for their main keywords including "hotel in chichester"

The website was needed primarily as an online brochure, however needed to be manageable in-house via a content management system. The main purpose of the website was to generate increased awareness in the local area as well as give the business increased visibility for seasonal events such as the famous Goodwood races and Festival of Speed.

Solution

We totally restructured their website, allowing users to quickly and easily identify the different areas of the site. By separating them into 5 areas it also made the website easier to manage for Chichester Park Hotel.

The website uses our "StrawberrySystem" content management system which allows them to update all the webpages, add new news stories and upload new brochures and PDF's.

We provided full content consultancy to help them write effective content that would ensure they achieved the best results possible on the search engines. As well as content, the website was built using fully valid XHTML and CSS which also help us to ensure the website was interoperable between the leading Internet browsers.

Result

The website has been live for a short period of time and is already visible on all the major search engines for search terms including ‘hotel in chichester' and 'accomodation in chichester'.
