Business Description

Fresh Invest specialise in sourcing investment properties for investors around the UK. They work with property developers and sell both individual plots, and bulk deals to investors.

Project Description

They already had a website, and were not looking for a redesign, but for a system that could slot into their current website and allow them to add properties, plots and enable users to reserve plots online both singularly and in bulk.

The CMS needed to be robust enough to store a lot of property and plot data, but also secure enough to store their financial data too - so they chose StrawberrySystem.

Solution

Due to the fact that our content management system works on a modular basis, we created a range of custom modules enabling Fresh Invest to update their website exactly how they wanted to.

They can now update every aspect of their website, add properties, plots and download user information to use in external mailshot software.

Result

The benefits of the new website are that Fresh Invest no longer have to wait on their website developer to make site changes or add content. They can do it all in realtime. This means that their website stays fresher and they save money as they are not paying for any ongoing development.
