Business Description

The Diver Clinic, Formally Atlantic Enterprise, operate purely for the treatment of diving related illnesses such as decompression illness (The Bends). Based in Poole Atlantic Enterprise have been treating divers for decompression illness since 1990 but can also treat many other diving related illnesses.

The choice was made to rename the company to The Diver Clinic and launch a new website.

Project Description

One of the key requirements of this project was accessibility as it is essentially a healthcare organisation. Furthermore The Diver Clinic needed to keep the site up to date with the latest news in diver healthcare.

Very content rich, the challenge was to make sure all the content is easily found by a user (this demographic is represented by potential patients or doctors), particularly during a medical emergency.

Solution

The impact of the site is clear from the outset with the self-explanatory company name, bold animated banner and emergency contact number.

To allow for the huge amount of content we had to implement a multi tiered navigation system, which is fully dynamic. This means that administrators at The Diver Clinic can add as many pages as they need to keep the site up to date thus future proofing the website for many years.

Result

Atlantic Enterprise now has a new face to support the needs of the diving community and doctors…The Diver Clinic.

A fresh clear design that is fully accessible to all users, all content is easy to find and read but design flair has not been sacrificed to allow for functionality.
