We were commissioned by Derby Homes to implement a complete overhaul on their old website which had become bloated with far too many pages.

Over the years the website had grown without moderation and had ended up disjointed and out of date. It was our job to review and improve the structure of the website in order to simplify it for users and make it as easy as possible to find information.

Once we had helped Derby Homes agree an improved site structure we then recommended a list of core functionality to ensure the same issues did not occur again. Through the implementation of user assigned pages, page drafting and moderation plus a content update traffic lighting system, Derby Homes are now equipped to keep the website up-to-date and accurate at all times.

The second phase of the project was to design and develop a Tenant Dashboard which allows tenants to check their rent, pay a bill or report a repair online.
