We are KFC’s digital & mobile technical partner as part of the Sideshow Group. We are developing and rolling out click and collect, delivery, loyalty and brand website across all digital platforms for KFC Western Europe. The project involves integrating into multiple ePos versions with 1500+ stores across 6 countries.
Integrated with SalesForce, Heroku and their multiple EPOS platforms, the experience will allow users to order direct with KFC for click & collection and delivery whilst earning loyalty points that can be redeemed in-store via the till system or their kiosks.Visit Site
Working in a co-location environment with the KFC Digital team we have deployed multiple sprint teams to help accelerate the delivery of their eCommerce web solution, click and deliver solution and their customer loyalty app across Western Europe.
The project entails integration with over 1500 stores and localisation of each of the products.
The project has included a review of their platform architecture and a rebuild to enable a more effective and efficient bedrock for future roadmap developments such as AI and Voice based services.
The customer loyalty app and Headless eCommerce-based solution is being rolled out across Western Europe, working with multiple systems, languages and cultures.

Colonel’s Club app.
We designed and developed the new Colonel’s Club loyalty app for the UK and France.
Working closely with the team at KFC, we’ve redesigned the app to make it easier to navigate and understand. Coupons are handled directly within the app via QR codes, which can be scanned and redeemed in-store or online.
The app has been redesigned from a UX perspective to make it quicker and easier to use.
