We've won a Gold Lovie Award!
We are extremely proud and pleased to announce today that we have won a Gold Lovie Award!
Our work for Chichester Harbour Conservancy has been recognised by the expert members of the International Academy of Digital Art & Sciences (IADAS) as worthy of a Gold Lovie Award in the Social & Community category!
This places us amongst some great work by and for some top organisations, such as AKQA, Nike, Renault and Nespresso… You can see all the winners at: lovieawards.eu/winners – There’s some fantastic work on there!
My Chichester Harbour was a project we loved working on. They wanted to find a way to display the relationship they have with the local environment and the local community digitally. We worked with their marketing team to develop the idea of a site based around a map onto which users could ‘pin’ memories, images and even video, sharing their love for the wonderful location. It continues to gain some great engagement and is a great example of a local community coming together online.
In the words of Nik Roope, Executive Chair of IADAS, this Gold award means that Strawberrysoup “has excelled in its category, showing fantastic prowess in digital innovation and creativity. This award is a testament to the skill, ingenuity, and vision of its creators.”
This also means that we are up for an additional award; The People’s Lovie Award.
