BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Accessories of Distinction is a new business start-up which has found an exciting niche in the wedding accessories market. The sell a range of high quality wedding gifts, accessories and products aimed at the higher end of the market.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Accessories of Distinction approached us to create their new e-commerce website as they had found us on Google, and liked the work that we had done on previous e-commerce projects such as Chic Beauty in Bournemouth and Blush Photography in Chichester.
The e-commerce shop needed a fair bit of functionality and needed to be able to store many products and product variations. It also needed to handle vouchers and discounts as well as member registrations.
It was also important for Accessories of Distinction to get good results on the search engines for a range of keywords.
SOLUTION
We have now created a professional and functional website, allowing Accessories of Distinction to manage the whole purchasing and invoicing online. The order process from an end user perspective is totally automated, allowing Accessories of Distinction to worry less about the technology, and more about their business.
We created a bespoke gallery function, whereby users can click on photos to view a high detail image of the products – and included a nice transition effect that create a more interactive element to the website.
