Jawbone has released a new caffeine-tracking app to help you keep an eye on how your caffeine intake affects your sleep.
It works with UP, the wireless life-tracking wristband and app combination, or standalone and monitors how wired you are and when you should be ready to sleep. Just tell the app a few details about yourself (sex, weight, height and how sensitive you think you are to caffeine) and start logging the tea, coffee and other caffeinated drinks and snacks you drink and eat.
The app looks great with a simple and intuitive interface, and helps us to learn more about ourselves and some potential bad caffeine habits!
Now to see how much coffee I probably shouldn’t be drinking…
