With 18% year on year growth (£91bn spent online in the UK) and £11bn of that coming from retail alone, your business can’t afford to miss out.
We’re an eCommerce agency that has lots of experience helping brands with eCommerce strategy, planning, design, development and marketing. Whether it’s for B2C or B2B, we’re the eCommerce agency for you.
eCommerce strategy & planning
We don’t just jump in. We listen to your business, understand your market and then plan. Digital needs to be integrated into the bigger picture so knowing your marketplace as well as you do is critical.
Brands trust us to be their digital consultants. Cutting through the noise, technology and jargon whilst focusing on the main goal is how we do it.
Our website designs are not just about a pretty face, we look at the bigger picture. What role does your website play in achieving your business goals? How we can improve visitors’ experience so that they choose you over your competitors? We guarantee that the end result will be an attractive, easy to use asset to your business.
We call ourselves ‘platform agnostic’ which is a fancy way of saying that we’ve got lots of experience on various CMS platforms. Open source or proprietary? We work with both.
We’ll review your requirements, timeframes and budget and recommend the best solution. Your website should be tailored to your exact needs and will fit around your business rather than the other way around.
We’re experts in many of the leading eCommerce platforms including Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify and ZenCart. We’ve worked with open source and proprietary platforms.
Extending platforms with lots of bespoke functionality isn’t a problem either. If you want your eCommerce website linked automatically to your back office system, financial software (such as Sage or Xero) or ERP, we can help.
We design websites with accessibility in mind and can carry out user tests to ensure that all areas are fully accessible to all users. If your site users are likely to be of varying abilities and disabilities, accessibility is particularly important.
The WAI has set out a series of ‘web content accessibility guidelines‘ or WCAG and we can review these with you to ensure we support your users.
Did you know that on average, mobile accounts for 31% of site traffic in the UK? And that 29% of smartphone owners have made a purchase using mobile web?
In its simplest form, your eCommerce website should respond or adapt to different screen resolutions. If your users want to visit your eCommerce store on their mobile, don’t put them off with complex interfaces or journeys. Make the experience as easy to use as possible.
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host each and every one of our websites. This means we have complete control and can offer fully bespoke environments which can scale up/down at a click of a button. Each server is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ensuring maximum uptime for your site.
Reporting and measurement
We’re Google Analytics aficionados and since 2005, we’ve become pretty good at measuring the success of digital projects (even if we do say so ourselves). We keep all our clients up-to-date with regular progress reports to make sure we are getting it right every step of the way.
If you don’t want to use Google Analytics, we’ve got plenty of experience using other tools like WebTrends or Omniture (now called Adobe Analytics).
