For many years the company has developed and run its own highly sophisticated and technical payment systems. An expanding team of internal developers create and then support a vast array of these products. We were asked to work with them to help take the face of the company to the next level as, until then, it had been somewhat neglected. Once we had completed this, we were to work with their technical team to overhaul the user interfaces of all their products.
We worked with the marketing team to focus the approach the company would be taking. Having identified key audiences, we were able to begin translating the quite sophisticated and sometimes confusing product offering into a more understandable form. We used strong photography to add a personal element and to emphasise the consumer focus of the brand. We provided materials for marketing including exhibition stands and take away items such as branded USB cards.
Once the new face had been launched, we took each of their products in turn and worked to re-design the UI into a unified style. Our knowledge of usability helped us recommend various improvements and changes to the products, leading to marked improvements in user experience.
