A collection of iPad applications for Redken sales staff offering customers a more engaging experience.
We were approached to develop a series of different iPad applications for L’Oreal. On client visits, their internal sales team were previously using old laptops which took an age to boot up, login, find the necessary information and showcase sales presentations.
We knew there was another way so we recommended using Apple’s iPad as a promotional and information gathering tool.
Each application focuses on a different product and customer type. It allows their sales teams to login, retrieve customer information, track sales information and recommend products. All information is stored on a remote AWS hosted database which can be accessed via management back at their head office.
We’ve developed a total of four iPad applications for them to date, all in different guises with varying levels of functionality. Needless to say that we’re really proud of this project and look forward to working with L’Oreal in the future.
