M&S For Business is the B2B sales sector of the major British retailer Marks & Spencer.
We were approached by M&S For Business who were looking to develop the next generation of tools for their sales team. The iPad presented the perfect platform for this move, being mobile and able to plug into larger, higher quality screens.
Working with their team to develop the most effective way of presenting the information, they needed we also made sure to make the most of the gestures available on the touchscreen platform. The app design is crisp and professional, in parallel with their existing brand image.
We developed an app that allowed the sales person to present what to the viewer would seem to be a linear arrangement of information. In fact, by using gestures and swipes the presenter is able to jump seamlessly from section to section or to and from particular case studies. This allowed the individual salesperson to tailor their presentation to the situation. We developed a set of custom illustrations to add more depth to the content. The iPad could also be plugged into a variety of other devices allowing the information to be displayed on larger high quality screens.
